MEET THE STAFF

Justin Stambuk

President

Mrs. Laurie Prewitt comes to us with over 34 years of experience in Early Childhood creative programming. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education & Early Childhood, and a Masters degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, & Administration. Mrs. Prewitt loves sharing Jesus with the children and their families, and believes every child is made on purpose, full of potential, deeply loved by God and our school, and that it’s the teachers role to help them become everything that the Father created them to be ~ Colossians 3:12. Mrs. Prewitt and her husband, retired Pastor Jeff Prewitt, are parents to three grown children and grandparents to six precious grandchildren.

Allie Thiel

Vice President

Allie serves the NSCA Board of Directors with mission-focused leadership and operational excellence. She brings entrepreneurial grit, organizational precision and a never quit resolve developed through the demands of years of business ownership.  Her strategic thinking, systems mindset, and unshakable attention to detail make her an invaluable operations leader and a cornerstone in building the foundation of a thriving school.  Allie’s professional development consists of a B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Military Science, and a tenure of military service as a Logistics Officer in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, leading a resupply platoon in a tour to Iraq and ultimately serving as a Company Commander before stepping away to raise her children. Her military training reinforced her ability to think several moves ahead, lead decisively, and optimize systems traits that now benefit the school through her contributions in policy development, team culture, contract negotiation, and operational strategy.  A direct communicator and values-driven visionary, Allie serves the board with a business focused mindset strongly rooted in faith. Her desire is not only to see New Springs operate with clarity and efficiency, but to do so in a way that reflects the excellence of Christ. For families who can’t or choose not to homeschool, Allie believes Christian education is essential to shaping a child’s worldview during their most formative years.  Allie and her husband Aaron own and operate four businesses and raise 4 children together in the love and admonition of the Lord.
