Justin serves as Director of Operations at Tri City Glass & Door, where he leads teams and streamlines processes by implementing strategies that enhance productivity and drive operational excellence. Known for his strong leadership and communication skills, he works to build a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
After much prayer Justin clearly sensed God’s call to step out in obedience to serve NSCA as the President of the Board. Submitting to that call has become one of the most faith-building seasons of his life, and he now counts it an honor to serve the students, staff, and families of the school.
As hands-on problem-solver and lifelong learner, Justin enjoys fixing, repairing, and building most anything. Outside of work and board service, he loves traveling, being outdoors, cooking, exploring good food, and spending time with his wife and four children. He believes that life’s challenges are not just obstacles, but opportunities for God to shape, prepare, and work through him for His kingdom.
